MEDIA MOU

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a formal agreement outlining a shared course of action between two or more parties. It’s employed when organizations seek collaboration in a project or joint venture. In the government sector, MOUs facilitate inter-agency cooperation. GFS International has entered into numerous MOUs with various government entities, including the Shahid Afridi Foundation, Bank Islami, Hussaini Blood Bank, and Al Hamza Dental Clinic.

COMMERCIALS

GFS Builders and Developers aim to increase awareness among potential buyers about individuals, places, or properties. Sometimes, advertising serves as a public service, as seen in real estate ads promoting realtors and real estate businesses. These ads can take various formats, such as text, images, and videos, but they all share a common goal: spreading the word about your business.

In other instances, the purpose of advertising is to capture the attention and trust of prospective buyers. We advertise to pique buyers’ interest in property acquisition, land investment, or home purchase for personal use. A fundamental aspect of commercial advertising is that it stimulates interest or a perceived need for something. When a buyer is motivated to desire it, advertising provides a solution to that need. Ads address consumer queries, including where to invest, where to go, or what to purchase.
